Who makes the products? Each product is carefully crafted by our dedicated and talented team of creators. We specialize in creating custom, made-to-order apparel with a focus on sustainability and slow fashion. By designing and producing our own products, we are able to ensure the highest level of quality while minimizing our environmental impact and waste. What can I custom order? Looking for a truly one-of-a-kind piece? Our website offers the option to customize any of our handmade products to your exact specifications. From choosing the fabric colors and material to adding personal touches like engravings and special trims, the possibilities are endless. Some customizable features include fabric colors, material, ear type, buttons, toggles, aglets or other notions, trims, color panel placement, and pockets. Simply let us know what you have in mind, and we'll do our best to bring your vision to life.

Do you ship worldwide? Yes, we ship to locations around the globe from our base in Australia. Delivery within Australia typically takes 2–7 business days, while international shipments may take 7–14 business days or longer, depending on the postal system. Please allow up to 4 weeks from the shipment date for your international parcel to arrive, as delays can occur beyond our control. It's worth noting that tracking for international shipments is not included in our standard rate but can be added at an additional cost.

Do you ship Express? Yes, we offer express shipping for an additional cost at checkout for both domestic and international orders. It's important to note that choosing express shipping does not affect the manufacturing time for your order. While we strive to keep our shipping costs accurate, there may be instances where the calculated rate is incorrect. If this occurs, you may be contacted to arrange for any additional balance to be paid before your item is shipped.

What size do you offer? We offer a wide range of unisex sizes for our products, ranging from XS to 3XL. Some of our items have a looser fit and are designated as "one size fits most." Additionally, we create our own custom patterns and are happy to accommodate requests for additional size options. We want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to find the perfect fit with our brand.

What is the processing time for my order? As all of our clothing is handmade and we receive a high volume of orders, it takes time to carefully craft each item. The production time for each product can range from a few hours to several weeks. Our typical turnaround time (from the date an order is placed to when it is shipped out) is 2–6 weeks, but it can occasionally be longer due to unforeseen circumstances. We ask for your patience during this process and are happy to provide updates upon request via social media or email. Once an order is placed and paid for, it is added to our production queue, which can be publicly viewed on our website. This page shows the current status of each order and helps customers understand where their order is in the production process.

Where do you live stream? Our custom order process is often streamed live on Twitch, providing a fun and interactive platform for customers to ask questions and get to know our welcoming community. During these streams, you may catch glimpses of new products coming soon or see other custom orders being made, which can help inspire your own project. How do you care for your items? To keep your product looking its best, we recommend following these care instructions: Hand wash or use a gentle machine cycle with cold or warm water and a gentle detergent (or a wool-specific detergent if the item is made with wool). Remove any detachable features before washing and use a laundry bag to protect them. Allow the item to drip dry and use a warm iron if needed. Dry cleaning is also an option. We always use our own laundry bags to ensure the best possible care for our products, which can be found on our website.

What is your return policy? Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom commissions or made-to-order items, except in rare cases where a mistake has been made or an item is faulty. If this occurs, please notify us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and provide details about the issue. Returns can be mailed to PO Box 818, Pakenham, VIC 3810. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
