Who makes your products?
All our items are either handmade or completely designed by the two of us & when necessary elements made for us by different manufacturers. We pride ourselves on creating our own unique brand of custom made products & work very hard to ensure high quality, original content. We're only a small team of two but are truly dedicated, love what we do & continue to strive to challenge ourselves each & every day.
How can I make an order?
You can make a custom order in a few different ways, the first is through our online store. We have a bunch of different items available & it's a great place to leave us positive feedback on our products. (This is extremely important as it helps us gain future customers). The second option is through events, we exhibit at a bunch of large pop culture or designer shows, where we display our work with a pop up booth over a 2 to 4 day weekend. The third option is by email, this is an easy way for us to organise your custom order if an item is unavailable on our website. The third & final way is through social media (Facebook, Twitter or Instagram) via dm.
How long will my order take to be made?
As everything we make is handmade & we do get a lot of ongoing orders, keep in mind that it does take us time to craft each item. A product can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks & it all really depends on how many orders we already have along with how busy we are due to any upcoming events we attend.
How long does it take to ship my item?
We are based in Australia but we do ship internationally. Most standard parcels posted within Australia come with free tracking & the delivery time depending on your location takes approximately 2-7 working days. Items however posted internationally take longer, usually between 7-14 working days & it has been known to take even longer depending on the postage system. (To be safe always allow for up to 6 weeks before messaging us about your parcel). Please note that tracking for international parcels is not included in our standard shipping fee as it is more expensive. It's always best to organise postage with us before you make an order to ensure your parcel comes with tracking or if you have any other special requests. Most importantly if you have a deadline, any concerns or further questions make sure you message us as it can cause issues if you do it too late.
How to care for your items?
To ensure the longevity of this product we suggest hand or gentle machine wash with cold or warm water. Use a gentle detergent (or wool detergent if item consists of wool). We recommend removing any detachable features before washing. Drip dry. A warm iron can be used if necessary & only dry clean if needed.
Do you accept returns?
Products unworn & unwashed can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of the product, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. (Customer must cover the shipping if they decide to return an item). If in the rare case the product arrives damaged or if the product is not what you ordered, notify us within 14 days of delivery. Can I apply to be a volunteer?
As a small business we're constantly searching for people that may suit & be an appropriate representation of our brand. We do ongoing photo shoots at a variety of different locations, travel all over the world for events & having that list of reliable people we can get in contact with when we need can be a huge resource for us. Keep in mind we do look at all the submissions we receive, unfortunately we do not have the time to send response emails & usually wait for something suitable to come up before we get in contact with you.
