Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom commissions or made-to-order items, except in rare cases where a mistake has been made or an item is faulty. If this occurs, please notify us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and provide details about the issue. Returns can be mailed to PO Box 818, Pakenham, VIC 3810.
